Keat Hong Chinese Orchestra will be performing National Day Medleys. More info. you can approach to Melissa (From dizi section) for more information about it.

Hi all.

Thursday's Rehearsal,

We might be gathering at 2:30pm at the Aesthetic room to practice first. Rehearsal will start at 4:30pm, we will be gathering in the hall at about 4pm. Please take note, we'll be performing for the first program.

Other details will be confirmed tomorrow either by the Chairman or Vice-chair. (I will edit the post here, so please take note.)

Members are to take their instruments at the Music room by 3:25pm and to be seated in the hall by 3:35pm LATEST. Members in the hall are to help to arrange the chairs for all. Members who are involved in the Maths quiz are to report to the hall immediately after the paper. All SLS are to appoint members to bring the instruments of the latecomers to the hall.

Sectional leaders P.S.: Please remember to bring a recycling bag (Or any kinds of bag) for putting the music stands, thank you.

All the best to FHSSCO on this Friday performance. I'll not be performing during the day so... for the new secondary 1's members, don't feel nervous during the performance, just relax and it will be gone very quickly (我是过来人 haha :X), jiayous!

Cai Lao Chi's teacher got a conert on 15 aug 2010(sunday) 7.30pm at NAFA Lee Theater.
Please inform me if anyone interested to watch Cai Lao Shi perform solo. Tickets are priced at S$15.

New RULES!

Members can use handphone for short replys and emergency calls. [seek permission]

No chats is allowed. Chats refers to messages that keeps you replying for 3 or more times.

No games, music, or other uses of phone is allowed during practice times.

1st time caught: Warning

2nd time: SLs to confiscate till practice ends.

3rd time: teachers to keep for 2 weeks.

Food is allowed to be brought to classrooms during sectionals but only during breaks.

Members are to clear their food after break and spillage will be cleared by the person who created it.

The leftovers/packaging of MUST be thrown outside of the classroom; not classroom’s dustbin.

Attendance not to be “forged”.

The member MUST be present to mark a “1”. Otherwise, a “0” will be marked.

All members to start break at 10:30am for sectionals and return by 11.00am.

IF the sectional teacher release late, for example 10:45am, you must return by 11:15am.

NOTE: The above rules are newly established with effect from 2nd of August 2010 onwards and we are trying to be lenient so please do not abuse.

Otherwise, the rules will change and you’ll be in deep sh*t.
