Hello members,

The CO training will resume on this Saturday, 21 May 2011 from 0830 hrs to 1230 hrs. For the next lap we need to critically examine areas which require greater attention. It is time for us to work on techniques, pitching, tonal balance, expression, sound quality, sound projection, harmony, on and so forth. We got to start all over again so as to better prepare ourselves for the performances and exchnage programmes next year and the SYF in 2013.

All the Sec 4E, 4N(A) and Sec 5N(A) students are not required to attend the training. Please revise your Chinese for the upcoming 'O' level chinese examination. Otherwise, please revise your Sec 3 topics for the other subjects.

Thanks.

Mr Wong

Lesson learnt...

If that 4 to 5 months of sweat and hard work brings so much heartache, sadness, unhappiness, dissatisfaction, grief, anger, disappointment, pain and distress to you when we receive the silver, what would happen to you if you receive a "silver" and not "Gold" or "Gold with Honour" in your 4 to 5 years of preparation of 'O' level examination?

Sec 4/5 - This episode let you have a glimpse of what a small little fall can bring. The CO will climb again 2 years later. But you do not have another 2 years to spare. May it inspires you to strive very hard to score the "Gold" or "Gold with Honour" in your upcoming 'O' level examination.

Dear members,

All of you have done very well. All the instructors, teachers and ex-students who were present were full of praises for you. We know these five months of intensive preparation and rehearsal have been quite taxing but you will be aptly rewarded with the sweet fruit soon. Now you should commit your time and effort towards your studies and do not let your loved one down. Thank you very much for all the music and fun. - Mr Wong
